What to Expect at Your First Visit
No surprises. Here's a step-by-step walkthrough of your first appointment with Dr. Chen.
Welcome & Paperwork (10 min)
Arrive a few minutes early to complete your new patient forms. You can also download and fill them out in advance to save time. Bring your insurance card and a photo ID.
Full-Mouth X-Rays (15 min)
We take a complete set of digital X-rays — included in your $99 new patient special. Digital X-rays use 90% less radiation than traditional film and give us a detailed picture of your teeth, roots, and bone.
Comprehensive Exam with Dr. Chen (20–30 min)
Dr. Chen will review your X-rays and perform a thorough exam — checking for cavities, gum disease, teeth grinding, oral cancer, and bite issues. She'll explain exactly what she sees and answer all your questions.
Treatment Plan & Next Steps
If you need any treatment, we'll discuss your options, priorities, and costs in plain language before you leave. There's no pressure — you decide what to do and when. Many patients just need a cleaning and see you in six months.
Insurance We Accept
We're in-network with most major dental insurance plans. If you don't see yours listed, call us — we almost certainly work with it.
No Insurance? No Problem.
We offer an in-house dental savings plan that gives uninsured patients significant discounts on all services — no monthly premiums, no waiting periods, no deductibles.
